• To make arrangements, suitable to trend of times for educating the children youths and adults irrespective of caste, creed and sect, in various branches of education, vocations in life and professions.
• To maintain, run, expand, develop and rise the educational institution known as Agrawal Shikshak Prashikshan Sansthan to the status of the highest academic educational institution and to start and take up other educational, vocational and professional institutions, as the Samiti may deem fit.
• To collect funds by aid, subscriptions and donations mainly from its members, Agrawal Samaj Samiti and Agrawal Community, to raise loans and to control the investments and expenditures of the funds so collected.
• To purchase, take on lease, exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any interest in lands, buildings, easements, privileges, concessions of movable and immovable property of any kind of tenure necessary or convenient for carrying out the objects of the Samiti and to sell, lease, mortgage, dispose of turn to account or otherwise deal with the whole any kind of the property and right of the Samiti; and
• To do all such other things as may be incidental and conducive to the attainment of any one or all of the above objects.
